Midwest MD80s
1:200 Midwest MD80s
Our Price: $8.00

Midwest Express, later Midwest Airlines, grew out of the air operations of the Kimberly-Clark paper company in Neenah, Wisconsin.  Known for their spacious 2 plus 2 seating, leather seats, fresh baked cookies and “The Best Care in the Air” the airline rapidly grew.  When the MD80s arrived, the seating was back to the standard 2 plus 3.  In 2002 the airline re-branded as Midwest, acquired new 717s, and by 2008 the MD80s were retired and the entire airline was shut down in 2009.  Our decal depicts the interim Midwest Express scheme with the newer Midwest titles, the scheme in which most of the MD80s were operated.
