In the late 1990s N1451D flew as "Saturday Night Special" with a highly polished finish. Previously "Unruly Julie" and later becoming "Checkertail Clan", this P-51D was destroyed in a fatal accident in 2014.

Antarctic Development Squadron Six (VXE-6) operated on the continent of Antarctica - Earth's highest, driest, coldest, and windiest land mass -- as the United States Navy's only unit directly supporting the mission of polar research and scientific programs of the National Science Foundation. During the summer training cycle from March to September, the squadron is based at Naval Air Weapons Station, Point Mugu, California. This set depicts the three UH-1N "Hueys" operated by VXE-6. 1:48 UH-1N "Gentle 15" model built by Terry Davis.

Owned by the Eberhardt family, this stock appearing Mustang has been racing at Reno since 1986, suffering a major incident at Reno in 2006 and has been slowly working it way back to the Gold Race ever since.

This Grumman Widgeon was one of three flying for the McDermott Construction company in New Orleans, LA, working in oil and gas exploration around 1955. Aviation headquarters were based at the old Alvin Callender field in Belle Chasse, Louisiana.

Mira Slovak flew this all white F8F-2 Bearcat to victory in the very first Reno unlimited race in 1964. Mira Slovak defected from Czechoslovakia on March 23rd 1953 as a CSA Airlines captain flying his C-47 to freedom in West Germany. Living in the US, Mira made his living as a crop duster, then went on to race unlimited hydroplanes before being asked to fly this Bearcat owned by Bill Stead in the very first Reno air races.

The Multinational Force & Observers (MFO) is an independent international organization, with peacekeeping responsibilities in the Sinai. Twelve nations (Australia, Canada, Colombia, the Czech Republic, the Republic of the Fiji Islands, France, Hungary, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, the United States and Uruguay) contribute contingents to make up the MFO's Force. This decal depicts the two US Army UH-1V’s, 0-22541 and 0-25592, operated as part of the MFO. The UH-1V is a permanent medivac conversion of the UH-1H.
